Adoption Support and Education Series – Adoptive and foster families will receive sound practical information that enables them to understand and help their children. This course is offered at no charge to parents of Los Angeles County children, and is made possible by Adoption Promotion and Support Services (APSS), which is federally funded through the Promoting Safe and Stable Families Act.

Community Education Workshops – Monthly classes on a variety of topics for adoptive and foster parents, other interested individuals, and members of the child welfare community. These workshops are offered at no charge to Los Angeles County residents or parents of Los Angeles County children, and are made possible by Adoption Promotion and Support Services (APSS) which is federally funded through the Promoting Safe and Stable Families Act.
