All Kinship Center positions require pre-employment background checks, including fingerprint clearance, child abuse index clearance, personal and professional references, a TB test and medical clearance.

Positions may be salaried or hourly, and full or part-time. Medical, dental, vision and long-term disability benefits commence with at least 30-hour per week employment. Vacation and holidays accrue with at least 20-hour per week employment. Kinship Center offers a retirement plan.
